Connectivism and ISTE Standards

Learning is no longer linear. Technology has taken textbook-style education out of the classrooms and replaced it with beautiful, chaotic discovery. Where knowledge was once acquired only from the instructor and the course textbook, there is now a cornucopia of information available to students looking for it. Connectivism and the ISTE Standards amalgamated, culminate into an innovative, creative, ethical, logical, communicative and humanitarian approach to educating the whole child. Using technology as a tool to advance the future in a way that will benefit learning on a global scale, it propels students into the future, instilling creative and new ways to problem solve, learn and approach world issues.
