I know how to use Facebook, Instagram and Snapchat (at least I think I do), but I am in no way a Twitter master. I had no idea how many different hashtags there were and how valuable they could be in the classroom, not to mention how valuable they could be to me and my development as an educator. There are hundreds, if not thousands of interesting hashtags to search for and learn from. I really like that you don't actually have to be logged in to Twitter to search for and use the information.
Another aspect of Twitter that I enjoy is that you can ask for comments on your work or your students work and make them feel like they are creating information for the world. I have never thought of that before because I didn't know that it was a possibility. Now I am wondering what else I have yet to learn. We shall se what tomorrow holds!
