Technology and teaching's relationship can either create limitations or opportunities. As a teacher, or creator of learning possibilities, my goal is to create opportunities. What does that look like for integrating technology in a fourth grade classroom?

I think dreaming about the possibilities and pushing the students to engage with technology in an educational manner, but also the administration in schools to understand the importance. From field trips to historical sites in Spokane and creating wikipedia pages to using a class twitter account to find pen pal classrooms across the world! The possibilities are as many as we want to make them for our students, and that is exciting.

    I love your first sentence! Technology today I believe needs more opportunities in the classroom. Some teachers choose to not take advantage of the tools they have right at there fingertips. I was blown away by the tools he showed us during the Wikipedia lesson. Love the pen pal idea for connecting with classrooms across the globe! That would be a great way for students to build relationships and learn form each other!
